摘要
A novel and efficient method for the synthesis of 3,3-dimethyl-2-amide indoles, employing a I-2/DMSO-promoted oxidative amidation reaction between 1,2,3,3-tetramethyl-3H-indolium iodide and cyclic secondary amines under metal-free conditions has been developed.
