摘要：

The main problem of Freshmen about learning adaptability is lack of motivation, learner autonomy not strong, short of learning skills, and learning the ability to be improved. Career planning can help students plan learning goals, enhance motivation, build a large study concept, master learning skills, and timely corrective actions to improve implementation capacity.
