摘要：

This paper discusses the connotation of professional football club and its legal environment in China via documentation method and logical analysis. Besides, it also explores the main framework of legal resource environment of professional football club in China under the current environment as well as the basic situations and existing problems of law abidance, law enforcement and justice in the applicable legal environment of professional football. The low legal construction level of professional football club has already become the major cause of professional football recession and the bottleneck of restricting its revival. Therefore, strengthening legal construction level of professional football club is the necessary condition for Chinese football to step toward the world.
