摘要
A new generation of computer aided probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) including human reliability analysis (HRA) is assumed to be a framework for knowledge acquisition and safety management of complex plants. The logical modeling and analyses are based on the object-oriented representation of information with support of the CAD and expert system technology. It was assumed that dependencies and uncertainties in probabilistic assessments will be represented and treated using methods related to the fuzzy set theory. Applying in the management practice the knowledge-based tools and methods of qualitative analyses and quantitative assessments will enable to achieve a higher level of reliability and safety of the plant.
