摘要：

The operating system course is the most important professional basic course in computer science. Introduced the need for the operating system course of bilingual education, according to many years of teaching experience, proposed some problems existed in the current practice of bilingual education and the corresponding solutions. It has very important significance to explore the effective methods and models of the bilingual education.
