摘要
High penetration and improper allocation of grid-connected solar PV leads to high power losses and voltage instability in distribution systems. This work proposes a technique to determine the size and optimal locations of solar PV for voltage profile improvement with multi-solar PV placement at primary distribution systems. A multi-objective index (IMO) based analytical expression was used for this analysis. The results show that grid-connected multi-solar PV can reduce power losses to a greater degree than the IMO with a single PV, while its voltage profile can be improved. Moreover, this technique can suggest other possible locations for connections with solar PV in the case of limited solar PV installation at locations that provide for minimal power losses.
