摘要
This paper presented a high frequency isolated asymmetrical Class-D resonant inverter for induction heating saw blades application. The main power circuit are operated under the zero-voltage switching (ZVS) condition and matching impedance used leakage inductance and magnetite inductance at the primary side of high frequency transformer apply to matching impedance tank. A main power circuit employed was Class-D resonant operating 215 kHz fixed switching frequency, 400 W maximum input power. Experimental results, in the heat up saw blades into the work piece had a power factor equal to nearly unity value and it can be heat up of saw blades work piece size long 31 cm., width 1.3 cm and deep 0.8 mm from room temperature to 400 degrees C within about using time 5 second and 91% efficiency at maximum full power.
