摘要：

As government agencies increasingly experience data security breaches, information privacy concerns are inevitably raised among e-government users. This study explores the impact of Internet users' information privacy concerns (IUIPC) on the adoption of e-government services. Grounded in the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), this study proposes IUIPC namely, collection, control, and awareness, will influence trust of the Internet (TOI) and perceived risks, which in turn impact the adoption of e-government.
