摘要
Nowadays, the management of electrical power systems includes a wide selection of computational programs to solve a broad range of planning and operation matters. However, the diverse nature of the problems sometimes is an obstacle to integrate planning, operation and commercial functions, since that computational soft-ware and data structure used to be separated. This paper presents a proposal for an Integrated Computational Environment to Support Management and Analysis of Electrical Energy Systems, called EESM (Electrical Energy System Management) or GSEE (which is a anachronism in Portuguese for Gerenciamento de Sistemas de Energia Eletrica). This approach has been use to design and implementation of computational system in the Electrical Energy System Group of PUCRS.
