The snakefly genus Inocellia Schneider is the major representative of the family Inocelliidae in Asia. It is separated into two species groups, namely Inocellia crassicornis group and the Inocellia fulvostigmata group. In the present paper, three new species are described: Inocellia cheni sp. n., Inocellia hamata sp. n., and Inocellia obtusangularis sp. n., as well as Inocellia sinensis Navas, 1936. Together these four species constitute the I. fulvostigmata group of China. Inocellia aspouckorum Yang, 1999 is synonymized with I. sinensis. A key to the males of all the members of the I. fulvostigmata group is given.
