摘要
A simple and sensitive H-2 NMR measurement of (H2O)-H-2 enrichment from a 10 mul volume of body fluid is presented, The method allows H-2-enrichment levels of 0.1% or above to be rapidly determined from 10 pi of plasma or urine, The measurement is insensitive to the presence of plasma protein, allowing direct analysis of (H2O)-H-2 enrichment from native plasma samples, Magn Reson Med 45: 156-158, 2001, (C) 2001 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
