摘要
Deregulation of the power industry brings many new chalenges to the transmission system optimal planning problem. The traditional transmission planning of merely focusing on one future scenario could not meet the practical demands. This paper considers uncertainties in the electricity market environment, and then builds a transmission planning model with probabilistic N-1 safety criteria. A method is proposed for solving the optimization problem using the Monte Carlo simulation method and the genetic algorithm, and a planning scheme with the least investment risk in the face of future uncertainties can be obtained. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the validity of the method.
