Structural, Optical, and Electric Properties of CdxZn1-xS Nanomaterials by Sonochemical and Silar Methods

摘要
This paper reports the synthesis of CdxZn1-xS nanomaterials by two different synthesis methods (sonochemical and SILAR). The nanoparticles were obtained by sonochemical synthesis method and thin layer by SILAR method. The thin layer was obtained at different synthesis temperatures (T = 25 degrees C, 40 degrees C, and 65 degrees C). All samples that were obtained through these methods investigated structural, optical, and electrical properties. The structural analysis was carried out by X-ray diffraction and the optical properties by Infrared spectroscopy. The dielectric constant of all samples was measured in an alternating electric field with the Immeter Measurer E7-20.
