摘要：
Here, we derive analytically the electric, magnetic, electro-magnetic, and magnetoelectric polarizabilities of two electrically small scatterers called Tellegen-omega and movingchiral. These two scatterers have been introduced as artificial nonreciprocal bianisotropic particles.
