摘要
Higher Education Teaching Evaluation is important for its value measurement. However,the present evaluation models often ignore the dynamic and fuzzy factors in the evaluation process. Dynamic teaching evaluation is a new innovation based on dynamic fuzzy set theory. The evaluation results can reflect the development trend of the teaching and guide its improvement. The application study of the evaluation system can provide a great help for handing this type of problem with computer.
