摘要
A review regarding dynamic electrochemistry on its usage for studying the mechanism of redox enzymes is given as well as the configuration where the protein is adsorbed in an electrode where the electron transfer is direct. In addition, the kinetic and molecular aspects of the catalytic mechanism of redox enzymes will also be discussed as well as the modeling of the voltammetry of adsorbed redox enzymes. The result of the study found out that there is a need for new strategies that will be used for adsorbing the enzymes in innocent electrodes, strategies that will combine spectroscopic techniques and direct and catalytic electrochemistry.
