摘要
This paper focuses on the modeling of a product which is based on Surface Magnet Synchronous Motor (SPMSM)-applied Electro-Hydraulic Power steering System (EHPS), and Sensor Fault Tolerant Algorithm (SFTA) based on the modeling. Noise of a software, which corresponds to a temporary fault, was reduced by Kalman Filter. Permanent faults of a hardware such as shortage, fixation, sensitivity drift and offset were recovered by the model-based observer. SFTA was designed to send a fault alarm signal when a fault occurred to a sensor. The modeling and its simulation were implemented by MATLAB/Simulink to identify its robustness and safety of SFTA. In the result of the simulation, we can figure that the faults were well-detected and recovered by the Sensor Fault Tolerant Algorithm.
