摘要：

This paper summarizes the industry type to urban development patterns and building low-carbon way, what is the first low-carbon city is analyzed, then a low-carbon development model of industrial cities launched a discussion on low carbon urban construction and put forward his views on ways. This paper believes that low carbon and environmental protection are closely related, low-carbon urban development can contribute to sustained economic growth, low carbon city index system should include the eight aspects, to carry out low-carbon urban construction should be avoided "extensive" incorrect tendency, to attach importance to basic data system and to promote low-carbon urban construction environmental protection, and also to establish a scientific and rational assessment of low-carbon system, the small city of low-carbon city development, should focus on implementation and practice and play to his advantage.
