摘要：
The solid-phase organic synthesis (SPOS) methods were used to study the carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions for the generation of combinatorial libraries of compounds. The carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions were used to show the utility of the novel linkers for the SPOS. A large number of new linkers with different cleavage protocols were used for SPOS. Palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions were employed for creating carbon-carbon bonds in polymer-supported reactions.
