摘要:
Nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY) gave full assignments of the H-1-NMR spectra of the picrotoxane neurotoxins tutin, hyenanchin, picrotoxinin and picrotin, as well as the solution conformations of these compounds, consistent with molecular modelling.
