摘要：

The article is devoted to the activities of the USSR authorities in the conservation and development of oil production and refining in the Grozny oil region during the Great Patriotic War. The authors disclose the problems associated with solving strategic tasks for the evacuation of field, factory and energy equipment in 1941—1942 and the restoration of the oil and oil refining industry of the region since the beginning of 1943.
