A lot of research has been devoted to philosophy of law and morality, however, one of the most modem tendencies in philosophy of law is the cultural concept of law and, philosophical and legal psychologism; often described as philosophy or policy of law. Undoubtedly, the starting point of this concept of law and its attitude to morality is the philosophy of Immanuel Kant and NeoKantianism (of Rudolf Stammler and Leon Petra2ycki). Those concepts were constituted in times of the domination of positivism and, connected with it, the scientific program of making every field of man's activity in culture scientific.
