摘要
Organizations consist of many functional structures, such as work groups, offices, services, departments, etc. Thus, the relationships that are established between them are very diverse, more or less controllable by the organization, with some of them highly unpredictable and potentially destructive. Modern groups and organizations are organized based on the elementary principles of interdependency between the individuals and respective structures. Their visible and global coherence constitutes the result of some internal inconsistencies. Each person, each work group / service / department develops its own strategy over time. Supposedly, everything is accomplished for the "greater good" of the group or the organization. Groups and organizations are articulated around multiple local and limited rationales.
