Electrostatic Modeling of the Process of Wetting of Charged Polymer Paper in Honeycomb Core Manufacturing

摘要
This paper describes the physical and mathematical model of the force interaction of polarized charges in the liquid dielectric of binder with the charged surface of polymer paper in the process of honeycomb core manufacturing. The equation for the electric force of charge interaction is obtained, and the equation is analyzed for the electric force. It is shown that magnitude of the electrostatic force is comparable with the liquid - gas, solid - gas, liquid - solid forces of surface tension and has its effect on the surface of binder spreading on the charged surface of polymer paper.
