Energy analysis of electric machine with hybrid excitation and flux switching

摘要
This paper presents results the analysis of mechanisms of generation of electromagnetic torque in Flux Switching Hybrid Excitation Machine (HEFSM). Due to the double-excitation of the machine (magnets and electromagnetic) and the teeth of both the stator and the rotor, these mechanisms are potentially much more numerous in comparison to the other electrical machines. In the Analysis takes into account the influence of the saturation of the magnetic circuit for the generation of torque, due to its presence during normal operation. The second objective of this Analysis was to formulate a energetic reliable machine model. Calculation was based on the nonlinear FEM 2D model of machine.
