摘要
Public key encryption was first introduced by Diffie and Hellman in 1976, but chaos-based public key encryption became a new topic in recent years. In this paper, we design a new chaos-based public key encryption scheme. By using the GNU MP arithmetic library in CYGWlN, a Linux-like environment for Windows, we verify that our scheme is practicable and efficient. On the other hand, cryptanalysis shows that the proposed scheme is secure.
