摘要：
Pd-catalyzed intramolecular selenocarbamoylation of alkynes leading to α-alkylidene-β-lactams was developed. This reaction can be applied to thiocarbamoylation and to the synthesis of δ- and ε-lactams and a cyclobutanone. Copyright © 2005 American Chemical Society.
