摘要
With the continuous developments in wireless sensor networks technology, health care market starts relying on it. The need to monitor patients or the ageing populations makes the technology more dependable in comparison with the traditional wired connections. The networks can be formed by the wireless sensors attached on or inside the patient's body, termed as Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN), and help the remote observer, i.e. doctor, nurse or health care center, to monitor the continuous behavior of a patient either at home or in hospital. In all such monitoring, the transfer of all disease related data to remote observer is highly important due to life threatening situations. To achieve this efficiently, communication between the patient and the health care center. Being a wireless medium of communication, energy efficiency is very important during the course of reliable communication. Existing research on medium access control (MAC) there must be reliable aims to improve the energy efficiency of battery powered device. In this paper, a time division multiple access (TDMA) based MAC protocol specially designed for WBAN is proposed. Data dissemination with dynamic timeline (DT-MAC) aims to efficiently use the bandwidth of the WBAN network focusing the management of bandwidth wastage as well as the collision and interference of data in an energy efficient manner.
