摘要
Vaginal birth after cesarean section (VBAC) has been recommended for most women with previous cesarean sections for past ten years. The aim of this study was to estimate the frequency of VBAC and ERCB in our Clinic in Podgorica between 2003-2008. Total number of deliveries the cesarean sections (CS) was 14,97 %, of which ERCB 5,20%, and VBAC 0,99%. Distribution of ERCB is statistically significantly higher from number of VBAC (z =2,61, p<0,05). Distribution of newborns by category of birth weight is not statistically significantly different in group of newborns with ERCB and VBAC (x(2)=7,97, p>0,05). Distribution of newborns by category of Apgar score is not statistically significantly different in group of newborns with ERCB and VBAC (x(2)=5,09, p>0,05). The results of our study encourage in an attempt VBAC with respect to the selection criteria in choosing of the patients with pre-introduction with eventual risks, and her agreement.
