摘要
Carnosine derivative containing liposomes functionalized with the Fab' fragment of Trastuzumab were synthesized. They represent a new class of antibody-drug conjugates because carnosine acts as an ionophore for Cu2+ or Zn2+, altering the metallostasis of cancer cells, leading to their death.
