摘要：
The paper deals with the development of equipment for research and testing of friction components of railway vehicle. The article describes the principles on which this device works. Furthermore, the paper deals with the description of test the parking brake of railway vehicle. In the paper, a dimensional calculation of the parking brake arm is carried out followed by a design of the construction of this arm. The design of the arm was carried out structural analysis where find the places with the stress concentration.
