The linear analysis of coaxial helical-groove slow-wave structure

摘要
The coaxial helical-groove slow-wave structure is a new-type high power circuit. The dispersion equation of this circuit with an annular electron beam is obtained according to self-consistent field theory. The computation results of the hot dispersion equation show the relations between electron beam parameters and the small signal gain. The presented analysis will be useful for the design of the TWT with coaxial helical-groove circuit.
