摘要
This paper studies the temperature distribution of germinated brown rice by rotating the tray in microwave heating. It is a simulation of the cavity and apply the Maxwell Equation for analyzing the electric field mode and selecting the optimal microwave input position. They are simulated by the COMSOLTm Multiphysics program. This leads to the formation of a cavity with a top feed position. The temperature distribution of germinated brown rice is investigated by the rotation of the tray. It through by microwave heating of three power levels of 180, 320 and 700 W at 2.45 GIIz. The results showed that the rotation of the tray can dissipate the temperature of germinated brown rice. It can throughout the shape and remove the moisture content regularly. In addition, it can decrease the heating time and reduce damage on the surface of brown rice germination. Therefore, the rotation tray is better than the stationary tray. This method can be describe the mass transfer process which is importance for the design system is highly efficient and economically feasible.
