摘要
Three novel eugenol disaccharides have been isolated from a methanolic extract of rose flowers using multilayer coil countercurrent chromatography. Their structures were unambiguously determined by two-dimensional NMR techniques (HSQC, HMBC, H-H-COSY, TOCSY, NOESY) as eugenyl-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside1, eugenyl-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-( 1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside 2 and eugenyl-alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside 3.
