摘要
A practical synthetic route to 1,3-diynes from terminal alkyl alkynes through copper-catalyzed oxidative coupling is developed. The remarkable features of this oxidative coupling including the base- and ligand-free construct of C-C bond, mild reaction conditions, as well as wide substrate scope that is particularly compatible with some terminal alkyl alkynes.
