摘要
This paper deals with changes of mechanical properties and microstructure of OFHC (Oxygen-Free High thermal Conductivity) copper after ECAP (Equal Channel Angular Pressing). Mechanical properties were measured after each even numbered pass. Local mechanical properties were measured by nanoindetation method, hardness H-IT and Young's modulus E-IT. Microstructure was investigated in longitudinal section of the samples by TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy). Substructure after the 14(th) pass was created by subgrains with average diameter of d(sg) approximate to 160 nm. An anomaly was observed in form of recrystallized subgrains sized d(sg) approximate to 500 nm in deformed UFG copper substructure.
