摘要：

The visible virtual heart was established by using the three-dimensional of the serial section reconstruction program. The serial section images were obtained by using Motic software and saved as the format of JPEG. Then the three-dimensional model of heart was reconstructed in computer 3D printing by the medical three-dimensional reconstruction program from the two-dimensional images. The virtual heart was succeeded reconstruction by using the medical three-dimensional reconstruction program. And the reconstructed heart can be freely rotated and incised and restored. The method of 3D models reconstructs from serial histological sections of heart is feasible.
