摘要
Using the method of questionnaire, we collect statistics of sports injuries of volleyball athletes who prepared for the 11th national beach volleyball games in 2009 and are preparing national beach volleyball games in Hainan in 2010. In order to find out the mechanisms and laws of getting injury and to provide the related theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of sports injuries, we have surveyed some relevant experts, coaches and team doctors and referred to a large number of literature about relevant sports injuries. Results: sports injury is common in Chinese beach volleyball players, the rate of male and female athletes who have got damage is 81.25% and 87.50% respectively, and there's no significant difference; chronic injury in China's beach volleyball players occurs mainly in waists, shoulders and knees while acute injury occurs mainly in ankles, fingers and wrists, and many of the sports injuries had existed before engaging in the beach volleyball; athletes in Primary sports schools taking part in beach volleyball suffered fewer chronic injury than indoor athletes. Conclusion: we suggest that coaches arrange training density and intensity rationally and strengthen supervision duty, that coaches strengthen comprehensive muscles balanced coordinated development, and that coaches should expand the scope on beach volleyball player selecting and reduce beach volleyball players sports injury finally.
