摘要
This paper proposes a general evaluation method of the impact of large-scale electric vehicle (EV) on power grid economy. The economy of power grid is firstly described by construction economy, operation economy and society economy, and they are considered as the first-class evaluation indicators. Each indicator is then refined into some detailed second-class indicators. Thus, a comprehensive economic evaluation indicator system of the impact of large-scale EV on power grid is established by all of these indicators. To validate the effectiveness of this evaluation indicator system, it is applied to the economic evaluation of large-scale EV in Beijing, the capital of China. 10% or 20% EV penetration under both the situation of uncontrolled charging mode and controlled charging mode are considered. The results show EVs in uncontrolled charging will generally bring negative economic effects, and the controlled charging mode can reduce the power cost significantly, which brings positive economic impact on power grid.
