摘要
The issues related with usability in mobile commerce are discussed. An important prerequisite for the success of e-commerce and m-commerce sites is ensuring that customers' experience via the interface satisfies both their sensory and functional trends. The strong contrast in weights between web and wireless contexts has implications for site design efforts in the wireless context. It is concluded that opportunities for success in m-commerce will go to those companies that focus on creating compelling value for customers.
