摘要
Evaluating and improving the performance of activities of daily living is of paramount importance to maintaining the long-term physical capability of individuals with huntington's disease (HD). Because most pharmacologic and psychiatric treatments for HD are focused on the management of signs and symptoms of the disease rather than delaying progressive onset of clinical manifestation, exercise interventions may be a promising solution to provide beneficial improvements in functional capacity and neuromotor function while delaying care dependency.
