The importance of certification in project management in the labor market

For many years, project management has been moving towards standardization and development of certain action schemes. Many certificates were created that confirm the knowledge and skills possessed by the project manager. These certificates can be used at the recruitment stage as one of the criteria for selecting candidates. The aim of the presented research is to show the usefulness of project management certificates in the labor market The main output of the analysis is to show whether certification is used as a criterion during recruitment and which certificates are the most wanted.
