EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF ENTERPRISE INNOVATION PERFORMANCE BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF ECOLOGICAL INNOVATION

As environmental pollution is getting more and more serious, companies worldwide are paying more and more attention to sustainable development. Regarding the various dilemmas faced by the development of enterprises, ecological innovation has received the attention of major enterprises. The evaluation of corporate ecological innovation performance is the key to improving corporate performance. In this paper, we systematically analyze the concepts and influencing factors of ecological innovation and ecological innovation performance. An ecological innovation performance evaluation method based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) was proposed. In addition, a detailed evaluation process of ecological innovation performance was constructed. Twelve listed companies were selected to analyze the ecological innovation performance of energy-based independent innovation enterprises. The result proves that the enterprise innovation performance evaluation analysis method based on the ecological innovation perspective proposed in this paper is feasible. The results of the impact analysis of the ecological innovation performance value show that the ratio of R&D investment to total investment and the ratio of R&D personnel to total employees are highly sensitive to the impact of ecological innovation performance, with a sensitivity of 10%-20%. For the sustainable development of enterprises, it is necessary to increase the ratio of R&D investment to total investment and increase the ratio of R&D personnel to total employees.
