摘要
The advent of networked economy calls for new understanding of business; constant changes in the environment means continually evolving e-commerce strategies and e-commerce models to adopt. This paper reviews and analyzes the literatures of e-business strategic management, and Put forward their limitations. Accordingly, based on classic strategic management theories, a framework of ail integrated methodology for strategic planning and model selection of e-commerce is proposed, and further detailed steps on how to colligate and integrate previous classic theories are given.
