摘要：
Pyrosequencing is a real-time bioluminometric technique for determination of nucleic acid sequence. Here, we review recent advances and discuss new applications of this technique. Cost reduction efforts and future potentials of this technique for large-scale genotyping applications will also be discussed. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
