摘要
Cell suspensions of poppy, gherkin and ginseng were permeabilized by Tween(R) 80, and immobilized by glutaraldehyde. The values of pH optimum of alpha-galactosidase found in poppy, gherkin and ginseng, were 5.2, 5.4 and 5.3, respectively. The temperature optimum proved to be 70 degrees C (poppy and gherkin) and 75 degrees C (ginseng). The immobilized cells had retained a high alpha-galactosidase activity, had a long-term storage stability, and showed convenient physio-mechanical properties.
