EFFECTIWORK: WIRELESS-BASED FOOL MONITORING OF WORKING PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS AND REAL TIME WORKER STATUS CONTROL. UNIVERSIDAD-INDUSTRY COLLABORATION. CASE STUDY

The collaborative project referenced by this article is called EFFECTIWORK and focuses on a European framework for action. It is a MANUNET project with the collaboration companies like Fagor S.Coop., appliance maker, S.Coop Tajo, manufacturer of plastic components and subassemblies for automotive and appliances, and Sisteplant S.A, manufacturer of information technology for the management of plants, a SA Tecnalia technological center and the school of engineering at Mondragon University in Spain, the University Slovac University of technology in Slovakia. Effectiwork develops a cordless tool for monitoring performance parameters of real-time work of a worker. It is the achievement of a system able to identify, calculate and quickly communicate critical issues in manufacturing processes in terms of productivity, inefficiency, security and legal issues. System based on continuous improvement and innovation in order to keep the main objective of the company as is the pursuit of excellence. Effectiwork also allows continuous training and information of workers to meet this continually circumstances regarding performance and security, primarily, and therefore meet the need for information and training demand is going to need in terms of what data you are trying.
