摘要：
The review article presented here summarizes selected publications from 2019 to 2020 that the authors believe may be of particular clinical interest. The selection does not claim to be complete. Unlike in classical reviews, no introductory, comprehensive overview of the clinical picture is given, but rather the papers are presented "in medias res", so to speak, with their main results and commented on as practically as possible. "Highlights" from studies on contact allergens from the standard series as well as from special blocks on epicutaneous testing, on contact allergies with special localizations and clinical manifestations, and on aspects in occupational dermatology will be presented. The publication series will continue next year with highlights of the literature from 2020 to 2021.
