摘要
Context: Pepper crop yields have declined in recent years due to the impact of various factors, within these, the presence and low availability of nutrients in the soil, the non-use of efficient strains of (HMA) in the technological package By applying efficient strains of (HMA) in the pepper's nutrition process, it improves the availability of nutrients in the soil and increases crop yield. Objective: To evaluate the yield of pepper (Capsicum annum L.) inoculated with efficient strains of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) under protected conditions. Methods: Direct inoculation of the microorganisms was used at the time of transplantation, in a proportion of 10% with respect to the root ball volume. The experimental design was completely randomized, with four treatments and four repetitions, with an uninoculated control and three levels of the inoculation factor with Rhizophagus intraradices (INCAN-11), Glomus cubense (INCAN-4) and Funneliformis mosseae (INCAN-2). The sampling for the fungal variables was performed in zigzag throughout the field and were evaluated the variables: % of radical colonization, visual density and spore content; In addition, the height and thickness of the plants and fruits were determined, the latter were weighed to determine the crop yield. Results: The best results were obtained with the Glomus cubense strain (T3). The data obtained were processed in the ANOVA statistical package, using a simple variance analysis, applying Duncan's multiple means comparison test for p <= 5. The results obtained showed the efficacy of the third treatment, with which a profitability of 3.13 was achieved. Conclusions: The one of HMA strains applied shows favorable behavior in the evaluated indicators: growth, development and crop yield. With the application of the G. cubense strain, the best results were obtained with the pepper yield (Capsicum annum L.).
