摘要
High-resolution thermal sensing at the nanoscale with sensitivities below 0.25 °C is possible using ultra-small CdTe-based quantum dots with diameters close to 1 nm. The two-photon emission band of this material shows an unexpected thermally induced spectral shift. © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
